Course Description:

Welcome to Advanced Sanitary Plumbing Systems and Compliance to AS/NZS 3500.2.2021. This course is designed for domestic plumbers that are ready for more commercial exposure and commercial plumbers who are ready to find the why to what they do every day to elevate their expertise to the next level. Within this course participants will cover the NZ compliance pathway methodology and apply sanitary plumbing systems to a 6-level apartment building on paper, applying practical exercises throughout the day using a range of different systems, including drainage principles, fully vented modified systems, single stack systems, reduced velocity aerator stack systems, elevated drainage principles and everything else in between. This course will give participants all the tools to understand the different approaches possible in creating a well-functioning sanitary plumbing system for any building. This comprehensive course applies theoretical knowledge to real-world situations, ensuring participants gain practical, actionable skills. It caters to business owners and plumbers, offering a solid foundation for tackling advanced projects to a high skill set.

  • Basic introduction to elevated drainage principles, why we do it, and where it comes from
